Korean Beauty Regime is trending right now and is the most effective in the case of skincare. Many people have tried it, loved it and thus recommend it. They might be expensive, time-consuming, but they are all worth it. Korean products help in the nourishment of the skin internally. You can see visible changes in your skin after applying the products only a few times. This is because the products consist of essential serums, oils, and vitamins; everything that helps in nourishing the skin.

Though I have been following a skin care routine for years, the Korean beauty routine I started instantly improved my skin. Following are the five things the K-beauty regime has taught me:

This term went viral after K-beauty regime spread on Instagram and other social media channels. This is the most important technique in a Korean beauty regime. It is the process of using an oil-based cleanser to melt all your makeup followed by a foam based cleanser. This cleansing technique removes all the dirt and impurities from the skin. It has also taught me that removing our makeup through deep cleansing makes sure that our skin is free from acne and other problems.
Korean beauties have achieved glass-like, dewy and smooth skin with the help of sheet masks. Sheet masks are made of paper, fibre or gel and are soaked in nutritious essence. When we place these masks on our face, they get absorbed easily into the skin. It is the easiest and effective way of masking I have come across.
Vitamins and Serums

The Korean beauty regime includes the application of vitamins on the skin. Using Vitamin C and Vitamin A will lead to productive changes on the skin over a period of time. Serums contain natural essential oils that enhance the tone and complexion of the skin.
Seven Step Skin Care Regime
K-Beauty taught me and many of us to use the seven-step skin care routine to achieve beautiful skin. These seven steps include the following processes that should be incorporated in everyday skincare routines:
- Oil-based cleansing
- Foam-based cleansing
- Using Serum or Essence
- Lotion and cream for eyes
- Moisturizing Mist

very popular phrase in Korea, which means moist and describes the healthy and glowing skin. Using powder to mattify the skin is considered a cardinal sin in Korean beauty culture and now the rest of the worlds is boarding on this craze of dewy and glowing skin.
Application is essential
We all have been told to massage our products on the skin. But K-beauties have an alternative and even more effective method. They pour the products on the tips of their fingers and gently dab them on the face. This helped me in maintaining my skin’s elasticity as the gentle pressure put by our fingers help in blood circulation. Applying the lightest consistency product first and then putting on the heavier ones is the basic rule of layering products on the skin.
These are the five different things that I learned from the K-beauty regime and trust me, these are great for your skin health. Follow these steps and comment on the visible changes you get to notice on your skin.
